By downloading, installing, or using the Real Estate Raven mobile application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Property Price Disclaimer

The estimated property prices shown are indicative only, based on public and proprietary data sources. They are not professional valuations and may not reflect current market conditions. Always consult a qualified surveyor or estate agent before making property decisions. We do not accept liability for any reliance placed on these estimates. This service is not a substitute for a valuation provided by a RICS-registered surveyor or estate agent.

3. Service Description

Real Estate Raven is an augmented reality mobile application that provides property price estimates based on publicly available sold property data. The App uses GPS and Visual Positioning System (VPS) technology to identify properties and display estimated valuations.

The service is currently available for properties in England, Scotland, and Wales only.

4. Accuracy of Information

Property price estimates provided by the App are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as professional property valuations or advice. Estimates are based on historical sold property data and market trends, and actual property values may vary significantly.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information provided through the App.

5. Location Data and Privacy

The App requires access to your device's location services (GPS) and camera to function properly. Location data is used solely to identify properties and provide relevant price estimates. We do not store or share your precise location data with third parties.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App in accordance with these terms and applicable laws
• Not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purposes
• Respect private property and not trespass while using the App
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

7. Limitation of Liability

Real Estate Raven and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on the information provided.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, functionality, and content, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved by Real Estate Raven.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason including violation of these terms.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with Ordnance Survey APIs and data services to provide location-based functionality. Your use of the App is subject to Ordnance Survey's terms and conditions and data licensing agreements.

Ordnance Survey Attribution: Contains OS data © Crown copyright and database right 2025. Map data and location services are provided by Ordnance Survey under the Open Government Licence. You acknowledge that any location data, mapping information, or geographic content displayed in the App is subject to Ordnance Survey's licensing terms.

Data Usage: Ordnance Survey data accessed through the App is for personal, non-commercial use only unless otherwise licensed. You may not extract, reproduce, or redistribute Ordnance Survey data without proper authorization.

Service Availability: Third-party services may be subject to availability, terms of use, and privacy policies beyond our control. We are not responsible for any interruption or changes to these services.

Apple, the Apple logo, iPhone, and iOS are trademarks of Apple Inc., registered in the U.S. and other countries. App Store is a service mark of Apple Inc.

Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC. Android is a trademark of Google LLC.
